Who we are
This site is operated by DIOL Creative Limited (RC 9697621), the company behind the DIOL name. Our office is at 118 Murtala Muhammed Way, Lagos, Nigeria. For anything relating to your privacy or your information, write to admin@diolcreative.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, the offering you selected and your message. If you reach us by email or WhatsApp instead, we receive whatever you send there. We do not run accounts, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for marketing. We keep it only as long as we need it to help you, and then we remove it.
Who helps us handle it
Our contact form is delivered by Formspree, which passes your submission to us by email and applies basic spam protection. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy terms. The site is hosted by IONOS, whose servers may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability. We self-host our fonts, so loading a page does not call any third-party font service.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information of yours we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email admin@diolcreative.com and we will act on your request.
Children
This site is aimed at families and professional partners, not at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
